So you have your network setup all just the way you like it, Internet all over your house or office.
You put a hard to guess password on your WIFI network and for encryption you used WEP, or
your router came preconfigured with a default password. Prime example of it is Bell Sympatico
which has WIFI turned on by default with WEP encryption. Little did you know but WEP can be
cracked very easily with just few tools.

I will demonstrate in the video below how easy it is to crack a WEP protected network.

Tools I will be using AirCrack-ng, Airoplay and WepCrackGUI which can all be found on sourceforge.net

The computer I am using to do this is my tiny little Acer Aspire One 10″ which has a Atheros WIFI
chipset which is great for putting it into Monitor mode which is needed by Aircrackng.
